Shipping Policy

All orders will ship within 48 hours of receiving the order. If your order is backordered or out-of-stock, we will notify you via email or phone with an estimated delivery time.

Important Note: If you think your order may be damaged when it arrives, you should refuse delivery. This will make it much easier to process a damage claim with the freight company. If your order is damaged during shipping, we will help you resolve the problem with the freight company. However, the freight company or courier is solely responsible for damage done to your order while it is being shipped.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you sign for your merchandise and then find hidden damage, that damage MUST be reported within one week. Otherwise, the courier will not pay for the damage.

Also, if your order is left at your door by the courier and you later see that it was damaged, you need to keep it wrapped so that the courier can inspect the damage. You can not open the product and then file a claim because you will have destroyed the evidence. The courier will refuse the claim on the grounds that the damage may have been caused after you opened it.
